Using the hydraulic crimper that I borrowed from the EAA chapter toolbox, I was able to crimp the rather large wire connector to the 2AWG wire that will go from the battery contactor to the starter contactor. Because this wire carries all the amps to the starter that will be needed to turn the engine at start, and because the run is from the rear baggage area, it's a large cable.
I did one test crimp before this one, and with the learning curve out of the way, then following crimps should be easier/faster.
