I didn't have much time in the shop tonight as it was date night, but I thought I could at least get the pilot LEMO hole marked and drilled. Well, I probably could have except for getting the hole placement in the correct spot was much more difficult reaching down and around to the gear tower. It took many more times to test place the template, and longer to figure if it was right...but, no hurry, I got the template where I wanted it. The LEMO plug will be lower and out of the way of the cubby door interfering with the headset wires - and the plug will be centered on the oil cooler and cabin heat pull cables above.
