Brief Description: Rear seat headset location of wire run
This is again, an over-analyzers nightmare scenario. The session goal was to drill the rear seat headset and pilot headset connector holes. since I am going with the LEMO plug, there will be only one hole for each headset, instead of the normal two. I know the location I want to place both in, but I got hung up on how to run the wires for the rear headset.
Looking at the picture, the rear seat headset will go on the right side on the bulkhead forward of the dimmer switch, up near the top of the pilot backrest support plate. The dilemma is whether to run the wires horizontally along the top rail (running out of room along there and thru the snap bushings) or run them vertically down to and under the floorboard. The floorboard route has plenty of space, but the wires would be more visible, and I would need to make some holes for the wire to run down to the floorboard in places that are very hard to get to...
