Brief Description: A. Final Prep before Priming / Paint
I had some other parts that needed to be finish painted, like the right mid-cabin (cubby) cover that has already been primed, as well as the left mid-cabin cover with the water bottle holder. On the rear seat, I decided to paint the hinge, even though it will be covered with the seat cushion, and there was a deep scratch in the back of the pilot seatback that I dressed out and will also paint.
The pilot seatback supports also got scratched up when I removed the seatback to power coat it - so that will get a fresh shot of paint. All that prep took time but now I am ready to shoot the primer and the paint. The humidity is very low today, and the primer should dry very fast so I plan to prime and then paint in the same session
