I didn't have picture room on yesterday's log so I am posting some "Thanks" here. I used these two tools yesterday with great success. A shout out to my buddy Rob for posting on his log that he used the wobble rivet set for the wing skin. I should have riveted the right wing with the wobble set instead of the flush/fixed set... the wobble is larger and does a much better job. Thanks Rob!
The other shout out is to my buddy Steve, here in North Texas...I saw on his log that a small piece of wood taped to the bucking bar, makes the spar side rivets much easier to buck. So true, as the wood spacer moves the bucking bar away from the other (already set) rivets and the tank nut plates. Thanks Steve!
So today, I worked on the outer skin and got a fair amount done... making progress.
