I bucked 139 rivets today - starting the outer skin. The outer skin has the leading edge portion of the wing - which gets in the way so there is more working from both sides of the wing. There is also only one inspection panel area for access to the inside of the wing, so the planning is difficult. I think I have a way to get to the end without painting myself in the corner (so to speak) and I did rivet the double row of rivets that attach the inner skin to the outer skin. I drilled out a few bad ones and had a bucking bar slip and scar the outer skin...bummer.
