Trying to get the hinge pins to slide in easier I used a tip I found on the VAF site that used the hinge pin, flattened a bit on the end and ground to a tip. With the back end chucked to a drill I ran the hinge in and down the left top and bottom hinges. This seemed to work very good on the left wing hinges but wore down the working tip. When I tried it on the other side, I over flattened the tip a bit and it didn't want to go in and ream out, so I had to smooth that end out until I could use it like the other side. The right hinge is better, but still not as good as the left. That's it for now - no pictures as there isn't really anything to show. Wait, I did finish the other hinge pin anchor in the right wing tip.
