Brief Description:  Last two fuse busses installed

I was planning on getting the LED’s glued in but when I read the data sheet on the 3M 1300 adhesive, it stated that the adhesive and the parts to be glued need to be at least 65 degrees, or warmer. Since the glue just arrived via amazon and it’s been sitting outside in 50 degree weather, I will move on to another task.

I installed the remaining two fuse busses, even though I don’t really like where I put them. Since all the good places are already taken, I went with the best, bad places and drilled the holes and mounted the busses. The reason I am calling them, “bad places” is just because they are not very accessible. In the event that I need to do some re-wiring and I have to get to these busses – they are not as maintenance friendly as the other 3 busses – so I will keep that in mind. I also need to come up with a way to label the busses – or I might just write on them.

I also drilled holes to mount the first of two LR3C regulators. There is one regulator for each of the two alternators. These regulators perform 3 important duties : 1. They are a linear regulator controlling the alternator output, 2. They provide overvoltage protection, and 3. They will monitor and warn me in case of low voltage.
