Brief Description: Taping, Scuffing and cleaning the canopy
I placed the canopy back on the frame and marked the glue edge with tape on the outside of the canopy. I then took the canopy off, set it on the workbench and taped the inside line to match the outside line. I then scuffed the inside of the canopy with scotchbrite along the glue line, blew it with the air gun and cleaned it with alcohol. I also retaped the aft end of the frame as the type of painters tape I used was not holding - so I went with the exterior tape. I have two layers of tape on all glue surfaces in order to get some good cosmetic glue lines...at least I am hoping so.
