With the front and rear control stick bolted in place on the control column and the F-839 pushrod assembly in place, I adjusted the length of the pushrod assembly until both the front and rear sticks were parallel to each other and then I tightened the jamb nuts to lock the rod end bearings in place.
The instructions told me how the front stick is supplied long and will have to be cut, but I don't need to cut it just yet as I don't the grip that goes on the top of the stick.
Now I get to take off the front and rear control sticks and snake the control column in to position thru the center section bulkhead. With the column in position, I installed the rod end bearings and jamb nuts. I probably need to pull everything out and paint the interior as I am starting to install things in the interior that will need to be covered up.
