Tonight, I removed some of the excess metal on the aft end of cooling ramp so that the fit / flush will be a little better. I ended up using the manually cut end of the stainless for the aft end by mistake...but the cut wasn't too bad, so I just removed the extra and it lines up well now.
Next,,I drilled the aft holes in the cooling ramp. With careful measurements of the two outboard holes made, I drilled and then clecoed the aluminum cooling ramp in place and then I had a template to drill the remaining holes. Then it was deburring and dimpling to have one more set of holes made in the cooling ramp.
