I got the holes drilled, deburred and dimpled on the front flange and the curve is much better than v2.0. The rear gap is better too which I can still move up/back to get it where I want it before drilling the other two sets of holes. The gap will be good when I finish, however, since I cut the aft end of the ramp and it wasn't a manufacture's cut I will need to straighten the aft edge a bit to make it flush all the way across, but that's tomorrow job...along with cutting down the sides.
