I worked on / finished the lower portions of the fuel vents today. The vents exit the bottom of the LG box and then exit the bottom skin (normally) of the fuselage out into the airstream to pressurize the fuel tank and replace the fuel that is going to the engine to be converted into HORSEPOWER! :)
Normally, as I mentioned above, there is already a hole pre-drilled in the bootom of the LG box that the vent tube exits thru - but with the Grove one-piece gear, the vent tube is moved slightly forward and a new hole is drilled.
