Brief Description: right aileron prep, start riveting
Got a lot done today - the right aileron got deburred, rolled, dimpled and primed... The skin rolling tool worked wonders using it before the skin was dimpled! I also couldn't help but squeeze 6 rivets that connect the leading edge rib to the spar. I didn't like the way one rivet was sitting, so I drilled it out. It looked good on the drill-out but at the very end the drill hit the skin and dented it a tad...so I had to "massage" it a bit. I think it looks good. See if you agree in pic 2. The problem area is in between the counterbalance bar and the cleco.
