Tonight my lovely wife called and said she had to work late, so I dove into the getting the right tank baffle put on. I cleaned the baffle with MEK, mixed up a 70/7 of proseal and got started with the syringe and put a good bead of proseal on the skin and got busy with the clecos. I began riveting from the middle out and didn't do the wet-rivetting method as these rivets should be on the "dry" side behind the bead of sealant... hope that doesn't come back to bite me. I was able to rivet all the skin flange - baffle rivets, and will do the z-bracket rivets tomorrow.
