...same as before...just a lot of "elbow grease" to get the ribs smooth. So this is the process: 1. run the edge cleaning tool around the circular lightening holes, both sides 2. run the edge deburring/cleaning tool down the flanges 3. go to the scotchbrite wheel in the drill press and smooth and polish the holes and flange edges 4. back to the work bench and work on the nooks and crannies of the rib with the sandpaper and scotchbrite pad 5. run your finger around the flange and make sure all of the edges are smooth.
