Brief Description: Dimpled the substructure of the HS
I received my replacement wing rib in the mail today so I caught back up on that rib. Meaning, I had to flute the rib, Reassembled the HS, drill out the spar connections, installed the skin, and drilled all the rib to skin holes. Then deburr all rib holes and edges in rib, and the remaining skin holes as the edges were already done.. Now I am caught up on all HS pieces….time to dimple! Set up the pneumatic squeezer in the bench vise to free up a hand and started dimpling….! Awesome. I love this machine! 3000 lbs. of squeeze-abilty…nice. See pictures… see smiling pictures I was able to get all of the ribs and spars dimpled likety-split. Did I say I love this tool…yea, I do.
