Brief Description: Torque Tube to BellCrank Pushrod

23-2 Step 1: Made two Torque Tube to Bellcrank Pushrods from AT6-049 x 1 1/4 tube. Step 2: Built my own jig for locating rivet holes in Torque tube. (See Pictures) Step 3: Match drilled the VA 169 Threaded rod ends into each of the torque tubes. Removed parts and deburred then primed all pieces inside and out. 23-3 Step 1: Made two W-1018A Bellcrank to Aileron Pushrods from ST4130-035 x 1/2 Steel Tube. Step 2: Drilled 4 #40 pilot holes in each end of both pushrods. Deburred inside and out. Step 3: Match drilled the AN490-HT8P threaded rod ends into the pushrods. Step 4:Marked all parts for proper orientation then removed and primed inside and out where paint was removed.
