Cut, bent and notched both tubes. Made according to drawings in the plans. Used the Triple header bender to make the 15deg bends on each tube then cut down to 15" IAW plans. Made a paper template to accurately mark the 30deg notches for welding rod ends. Used Dremel with cutoff wheel to make the notches.
