Cut the trim horn bushing to length and attempted to test fit it on to the actuator shafts. The shafts are not in exact alignment and would not allow full engagement. Significant binding is going to occur unless this is fixed. Also noted some residual powder coating on the shaft diameter near the tabs that needs to be removed. Presented the alignment issue to the forum for suggestions. Kevin replied with a fix using a .509 reamer. That's what I'll try first. I also need to trim the ends of the shafts enough to be able to remove them for the ream job. Arrrrrrrrgh

These should be in near perfect alignment with each other. They aren't.
