Finished constructing the final rib for the lower wings. A -5. I used approximately 7/8 of a pint kit of T-88 for 26 ribs. Used all but two spreader sticks.
Took the noisy Harbor Freight scroll saw apart today to see what was wrong. A ball bearing completely failed on the connecting link between the wobble shaft and the lower arm. The shaft is ruined or not economically repairable in my opinion. Ordered a new Delta scroll saw from Amazon that has a better table and much better ratings.
Cleaned up the staple gun with acetone. I tend to get small bits of glue in the magazine well and on the nose.
