Kevin agreed it was no problem sanding the jig a little bit to allow the capstrips and verticals to fit more easily. My dremel sanding drums are not quite small enough to fit into the 1/4 inch channels so...... I tapped the sticks in all the way and pushed them out with the pegs a couple of times. I think that has loosened things up enough to use it without sanding.
