Cleaned and fitted all the double nose ribs required for four -9 short ribs. The 1/4 x 5/8 capstrip as well as the 1/2 x 5/8 vertical channels in the jig are all a little too tight for the sticks to seat completely to the bottom of the deep channels. My plan is to use the Dremel to gently open them up ever so slightly on the inboard side (chord side)of the channels so as not to affect the airfoil shape or placement of the pieces as they are held in the jig. The vertical slots will be opened up away from the spar edge of the piece for the same reason.
