Coated the bottom cowl with an epoxy resin, let this set, sanded back fairly smooth and coated with a the 2 pak primer. Filled in the pin holes and defects with the filler, sanded this back and gave it another coat of primer. One more sand with fine paper and one last coat of primer and it will be ready to paint. Same as the top cowl.
