Brief Description: Bottom Cowl

Fitted the bottom cowl, lots of on/off/on/off, sanding/trimming/sanding/trimming to get a nice fit. I marked 2" in from the edge as per the top, fitted the cowl trimmed, measured 2" back from my mark, removed the cowl and trimmed. Once I was happy wth the fit, I traced a line from the top cowl (which I sanded straight), onto the bottom cowl sides, trimmed/sanded and fitted. Very happy with the result looks good. Then I marked the holes for the skybolt fasteners, drilled and also completed the sides. Placed the top cowl on and marked the skybolt fastener coles either with a torch showing through or I could trace around the hole from the inside, drilled out the holes.
Cut out the oil filler door on the top cowl.
