Attached the lower baggage tunnel cover using the holes in the bottom of the cover and screwing it into the nutplates at the bottom of the bulkhead. Once this was done I back drilled the cover to the bulkhead. I drilled and riveted two nutplates onto the bulkhead so I could screw the cover at the top so as to get good alignment with the top cover. Notched the top cover where the seat belt cable comes through, drilled and marked where the wear blocks are set. I marked all the holes in the top cover and drilled the position holes with a number #40 drill. Placed the top tunnel cover in position and back drilled into the bulkhead and clecoed as I went. Removed the cover, drilled out the hole sizes to suit the screw and then proceeded to drill the platenut rivet holes.
