Well after all the sanding, filling, glassing, filling and more glassing the parts are looking beautiful. As I stated the glassing side is very tedius. OK I have got the tips looking pretty good so I sprayed them with a 2 pak primer/filler and sanded back any small bumps with a very fine paper and then the empennage is ready for a paint.
