I am having a break from the bloody canopy. Thought I would try something else, so assemble the front wheel, insert the tube after coating with baby/talcom power, bolt it back together, pump up the tyre, easy.
I fitted the front wheel to the leg, bolted all together, drill out the hole for the pin, make the side brackets for the fibreglass cover, deoxidine and alodine. I know no-one will see the brackets for the covers, but I thought I would give them a prime and paint anyway.
I fitted tubes into the two main wheels and finished the brackets at the same time while I was painting the front brackets.
Drill the holes and rivet on platenuts on the two front wheel mounts to hold on the fibreglasss wheel covering.
