This canopy will be the death of me I swear. In the final fitting at the rear bow I noticed it was not shaped very well and was sitting approx 1/8" lower on the corner apex. Not happy about this, so off it comes for the, feels like 100th time, and try and bend it again. I made a template of the rear fuselage shape and cut this out on particle board. By heating the rear canopy frame bow, my plan is to form it around this shape and hopefully have the exact match. Trying to bend this frame is not working for me. I was going to prime and paint the frame the same color as my fuselage anyway so heating it will remove the powder coating.
