Brief Description:  Drilling

I feel I have the right roll of the canopy, so drilling time. First I put on electrical tape along the top of the frame and marked two inch spacings on the frame, place the canopy on top and drilled the holes as per suggested in the canopy. I used a #40 drill and clecoed. Marked the rear of the canopy for final trimming, an inch in from the hole centres, remove the canopy and trimmed off the excess. Using sandpaper I started to clean up the edges of the plexy smooth and rounded all edges, I still have more of this too do to get a nice finish.
Back drilled the canopy strip, drilled out the hole for the handle, scotchbrite both the strip and the C-763 slide strip, deoxidine and alodine. Counter sunk the holes along the top of the canopy for the strip, finished smoothing edges of the plexy, drilled out the holes in the frame to #30.
