Brief Description: center tunnel wires, flaps and ramair knob

Tidy'd up the center tunnel wires, added spiral wrap. Pulled fuel pump out for plumbing return line(soon). Terminated flap wiring and tested flap operation. Still need to torgue flap rod attachment and lockwire rod end. Drilled panel and installed RamAir knob and planning for Purge valve knob below it.
