powered up the flaps and checked stroke. Had to open the hole to allow pushrod clearnace in order to reach 40*. Marked the flaps so I dont' lower them past 40...might need to add a stop. Up position pulls the flaps tight to fuse.

Connected ailerons to controlstick. Had some spongy feel....sure enough, the pitot tubing coiled up in the wing still was rubbing. Also the manual aileron trim springs seemed to add a lot of feedback. I disconnected the trim & things got better. need to pull the wing root fairings to move pitot tubing.

Fun time sitting in the fuse watching the control move things.
