Brief Description: fuel flow and starter cable

FINALLY got the bracket for the fuel flow xdcr fab'd and installed. Fab'd up a new starter cable and installed it. Installed quick drain Tightened up fuel fittings ans installed adel clamps for bunch of things FF.
