Brief Description: elevator closeout inspection cover

Fabbed a cover for the elevator attachment inspection port. pic #1 L-R is the original small cover, paper template, cardboard template, the AL rough out. Pic #2 is the Al cover in place. Still need to add nutplate to VS.
