Both upper and lower cowl needed to be extended about 2". I used .020 soft aluminum from home depot as an extension mold. Attached tape to outside of cowl and on aluminum pieces. 5 plies of fairly heavy cloth and west epoxy. Once cures I released the aluminum. body worked the outside and applied I ply of 4 ounce cloth.
