I finished the map box. I manufactured angles from 3/4x3/4 stock and trimmed box and angles. Drilled holes and clecoed in place. Primed the box and angles. The angles of the instrument panel side was riveted in place, machine countersunk on the front side. There will be a magnetic lock or similar to keep the door in place. I will do this after the panel is installed and everything is aligned.
