I did the weight and balance with the help of my buddies Dave and Tyler and also with my airport buddy Jim. Weight came out to be 1138lbs with and empty CG at FS 80.75. After filling up with fuel I also taxied the plane around a little bit....and the left side brake line broke at the lower flare. I have decided to replace the hard line with a teflon braided hose on both sides.
