I installed the fire extinguisher. I had to temporarily remove one of the side panels for the flap actuator. I marked the holes for the extinguisher and drilled. I lined up the nutplates and dubrred and countersunk the holes for the -3 rivets and then installed the nutplates. I then used #8 screws and washers to attach the bracket.
