Completed step 4 page 28-05 – Installed F-1259C fuel line between flowscan and gas collator after flushing out tube with alcohol. Used 3/8 aluminum del seals at connections. Torques to 110 in pounds. Completed step 2 – page 28-06 - Made the F-1259H Fuel Return Line Aft by unrolling and cutting off 37 1/2 inches ofATO-032X1/4 tube. Started at the tank end of the tube. Inserted a nut and sleeve over the end of the tube and then flared the end. Completed step 3 - Using the dimensions given in the side view detail in Figure 1 and the template on Page 28-07 bent the F-1259H Fuel Return Line Aft. Completed step 4 - Added a bend to the F-1259H Fuel Return Line Aft after it passed by the left side of the ES 401 05 Fuel Pump to transition to the bulkhead fitting in the F-1204D Center Section Bulkhead. Slipped a sleeve and nut over the forward end of the return line then flared the end. Attached the return line to the bulkhead fitting using a ¼ inch aluminum del seal. Completed step 5 - Made six F-1259K Pads by cutting lengths of EA HOSE H175 hose 3/4 inches long and then slit them lengthwise. Placed these around both the F-1259F Fuel Line Tank - Pump and F-1259H Return Line as shown in the detail view in Figure 1. At three locations clamped around both pieces of hoses as shown in Figure 1 with AN737TW-24 hose clamps.
