Brief Description: Completed installation of fuel tubing
Completed step 6 page 28-06 - Made the F-1259M Fuel Return Line Fwd by unrolling and cutting off 71 1/4 inches ofATO-032X1/4 tube. Started at the forward end of the tube. Inserted a nut and sleeve over the end of the tube and then flared the end. Competed step 7 - Measured back 14 1/4 inches from the forward end of the F-1259M Fuel P Return Line and marked a start of bend line. Made a 90 degree bend towards the clamp on the firewall shown in Figure 1. Made the remaining bends as required to position the return line in the clamp on the firewall as well as aligning the top of the line with the return line hole in the F-1201B Firewall Shelf. The distance of the completed return line to the lower face of the firewall shelf matched the dimensions given Figure 1. Completed step 8 - Fed the F-1259M Fuel Return Line through snap bushings to the bulkhead fitting at the F-1204D center section bulkhead. Completed step 9 – routed end of tube through bottom access hole. Completed step 10 – inserted sleeve and nut then flared the end of the F-1259M return line – reformed line and positioned inside to install on the bulkhead fitting. Completed step 11 - Attached the union bulkhead fitting to the F-1201 B Firewall Shelf per callouts in Figure 1. Attached the F-1259M Fuel Return Line to the union bulkhead fitting. Completed step 12 – Cut #8 screw down to 3/8 inch long and then installed the fule return line clamp to the F-1201C firewall bottom. This completes the installation of the fuel lines in section 28.
Completed step 1 page 26-02 - Trimmed the bottom corners of F-1237C-L and F-1237CR Seatback Angles to the reference notch as shown in Figure 1. Deburred then primed.
