Completed step 9 page 21-05-riveted one F-1252 flaperon stop and pulley bracket assembly to the left seat rib assembly per Figure 3. Completed step 10 – riveted the F-1215-L seat rib with nutplates installed to the pulley bracket assembly per Figure 3. Completed step 4 page 39-02 – riveted the F-1269 servo doubler to the F-1215 seat rib per Figure 2 Detail A-A. Completed step 5 – riveted the F-1269 servo doubler to the F-1220B aft intercostal per Figure 1 with LP4-3 rivets. Completed step 6 – installed the AN525-10R10 screw with NAS1149F0332P washer then 2- NAS1149F0363P washers and AN365-1032 nut. Had to remove nutplate rivet to rotate the nutplate to gain access for inserting the screw. After the screw was installed re-riveted the nutplate. Completed step 12 page 21-05 – riveted the F-1252 flaperon stop and the flaperon mixer assembly ti the right seat rib assembly per Figure 4. Completed step 13 – riveted the F-1215-R seat rib with nutplates installed to the flaperon mixer arm assembly per Figure 4. Completed step 2 page 21-06 – dimpled the K1000-08 nutplates for the F-1267A & B crotch strap brackets then riveted them per Figure 1. Completed step 3 – dimpled 4 - #30 holes in the sloped flange of the one remaining F-1215-R seat rib per Figure 3. Completed step 4 – riveted one each F-1267A&B crotch strap brackets to the flaperon mixer bracket seat rib assembly and the F-1215-R seat rib per Figure 2. Completed step 5 -–dimpled the 4- #30 holes in the sloped flange of the remaining F-1215-L seat rib per Figure 3. Completed step 6 – riveted the remaining F-1267A&B crotch strap brackets to the pulley bracket/seat rib assembly and to the remaining F-1215-L seat rib using rivets per Figure 3.
