Brief Description: Seat floor and seat back hinges
Completed step 7 page 21-06. Cut 20 inch length of AN257-3 hinge material and then fabricated 4 – F-1237E seat back hinges per Figure 4. Completed step 8 – drilled #30 locating hole and drew lines per Figure 4 on all 4 of the F-1237E seat back hinges. Completed step 1 page 21-07 – clecoed the F-1237E seat back hinge to the F-1225-L&R seat floors then match drilled #30 holes into seat back hinges. Completed step 3 – dimpled 4 holes in aft flange of the F-1225-L&R seat floor and holes along the forward and inboard edge per Figure 1.
