Brief Description: Seat rib assemblies and servo doublers
Completed step 7 – dimpled then installed 2- K1000-3 nutplates to left and right seat rib assemblies per Figure 3. Completed step 8 page 21-05. Machine countersunk two holes in 2 each F-1252 flaperon stops per Figure 3. Completed step 11 – dimpled nutplates per Figure 4 and corresponding rivet holes in right seat rib assembly then riveted nutplates per Figure 4. Completed step 1 page 39-02 – trimmed seat rib F-1215-R with nutplates per Figure 1. Completed step 3 – clecoed F-1269 servo doubler to the F-1215-R seat rib per Figure 2 – match drilled 4 - #12 and 3 - #30 holes per Detail A-A. Completed step 1 and 2 page 39-03 for bracket separation and servo angle separation. Prepped parts for priming. Completed step 1 page 21-06 – dimpled the nutplate attach holes in two F-1267A crotch strap brackets and machine countersunk nutplate attach rivet holes in two F-1267B crotch strap brackets.
