Replaced AST ribs at the control horns with upgraded parts. Unit has not been flown previously so no need to review for cracks. Proceeded with replacemenbt of ribs with updated parts. Completed steps 4. 6-11 and 23 per the service bulletin. AST reinstalled on the stabilator.
