Reviewed the counterbalance weight setup shown on page 11iS/U-02 and 03. Verfied that the R-1014 weights had not yet been trimmed as shown in step 8 page 11iS/U-02. Fiberglas staibilator tips were installaed so no need to trim weights at this point in time. Re-secured the weights with the hardware in Figure 1 page 11iS/U-03. Washers had changed from the original configuration.
