Bonded foam core to upper skin. Core extends from 1 inch aft of leading edge to 1 1/2 inches onto spar cap. This core will butt to existing core on spar cap.
Core covered with 2 bid carbon extending 1 inch spanwise beyond core edges onto skin. Bid extends forward and rolls onto leading edge radius extending to upper skin just aft of leading edge. Leading edge radius now consists of 2 bid skin + 6 bid carbon.
Replaced PVC conduit in leading edge cavity with new PVC. Attached with flox and carbon bid.
