Trimmed and fit foam core in wing repair to exactly butt to foam core in new skin. Sanded all contact areas. Cleaned all contact areas with methyline chloride. Used strap clamps to hold new skin to wing during several dry run fits. Devised clamping/weighting/blocking/clecoing program to assure tight fit at all contact points. Spread thin layer of pure hysol on all contact areas. Spread hysol/flox on all wing contact areas. Attached new skin to wing and clamped/strapped/clecoed/blocked in place.
