Brief Description:  Radio and Transponder installation

I wired the MGL V6 VHF airband transciever according to the manual "two place typical wiring diagram" and used the screw version of the D-sub 25 connector (a bit more expensive than the solder version but way easier to deal with unless you're good at soldering). Also added an audio connection for AoA (Angle of Attack) pin#22 from the EFIS and an audio connection for an externa speaker (pin #7) which I'm going to put somewhere. Otherwise, nothing extra.
Installed the radio to the instrument panel and to the antenna (in an awkvard position), plugged the headphone in and made a short test. Not too bad. Apart from is a bit of back ground noise (which I will need to address later it seemed to work.

Installation of the Garrecht VT-01 Ultra compact transponder was simple as the D-sub9 connector was delivered pre-wired. What remained was only to connect the blue wire (pin#1) to the power source and the red (pin#5) to common ground. There is also a white wire (pin#3) for ADS-B data in (RS-232RX). Connected the antenna cable and the tube for static pressure and switched the power on. Looks ok but I will know later when I'm on the air field.
