This task required assembly of the large paint booth for the first time, for the main skin on the VS, and one the rudder skin.
These are too large for my "mini" paint booth.
Both skins come pre-bent so it was going to be a bit of a job to prime the inside. In each case I opened the fold as far as I dared, and screwed the opened sides to a piece of wood to keep them open.
I didn't take my camera into the booth after spraying, because I didn't want a yellow camera. Of course with no evidence I can claim to be pleased with the results. Certainly, no runs or dark patches this time.
While I had all of my painting clobber on, I took the opportunity to touch up some scratches on the ribs etc.
