Picture 1 shows the engine mount with the rubber shock absorbers installed. Some folks had difficulty getting these in, but mine popped in no problem ;-)
I needed to disconnect the water cooling pipes to slip the engine mount on. There was some residual coolant in the system, which I managed to catch in a bowl. Picture 2.
Picture 3 shows the mount in place. A bit of wiggling, but described specifically in the plans, and it worked as described. Don't know how Vans figured all of this out, but I'm good to go now.
